I suggest you try my earlier suggestion of copying the "Elements Auto Creations.exe" file to an external location and deleting it from your system, including deleting it from your Trash folder so it is permanently removed. If you have multiple accounts on your set-up, you might look for other accounts that could be triggering the background use of Auto Creations.

In order to get Auto Creations not to run at all on my system, I had to disable it from the account that I had used to install it - so, a different account from the one I usually use. When I installed PSE and PE 2020, I used that Microsoft ID User Account and enabled both PSE and PE 2020 for "all users" on the PC.

If Adobe has made some software changes between the 20 version of PSE, you may get an error and PSE won't run properly. If you need to run Auto Creations in the future, just copy it back to the original folder and it should start. Try starting PSE 2021 and see if it gives you an error or operates OK. You may get an error that the file can't be found and that will give you a clue as to what process is trying to start it. Just locate all copies of it on your system (use Windows Explorer's Search feature), note which folders the copies are in, copy them all to an external (USB) drive and delete them all from their folders. One approach you could try is to delete it from your system so Adobe's processes can't find it. I did not find any other locations for that file on my PC.
